I provide two types of Coaching programs, so take a look and see if one of these options sounds right for you.

Transformation Program It involves TWELVE coaching sessions for 6 months to channelize and transition your career objectives from a tactical management to more strategic-driven leadership. To develop a pronounced executive presence, collaborative approach and create a better work/life balance.
360 Degree Program This program has a commitment of 12 months with EIGHTEEN coaching sessions that are oriented to deliver the outcome desired. It straddles areas related to leadership style, change management, conflict resolution, critical thinking, team management, communication, negotiation skills, networking and building an entrepreneurial mindset.

The sessions are 1:1 and conducted over phone or via a video call. (Currently, all in-person meetings are discontinued due to the pandemic)

Confidentiality is key in all coaching programs.
